Managing Tenants
As a Platform Admin, you have full oversight of all NGO Tenants. You can provision new tenants, manage their subscriptions, and access their instances for support.
Accessing Tenants: Go to
Platform Admin > Tenants to view all active NGO instances. You can "Login as" tenant admin to assist with configuration.
Exclusive Project Tenders
Create and manage international project opportunities that are exclusive to your registered tenants.
- Navigate to
Platform Admin > Tenders. - Create a new Tender, defining the Budget, Sector, and Region.
- Publish the Tender. It will immediately appear in the portal for all eligible Tenants.
- Review incoming bids in the Bid Review dashboard.
